I’m Just Following the Paper Airplane Journal
I walked off the edge. Where did the path go? I’m just following the paper airplane. I don’t know where I am, but I think this is the right way. “I painted this piece as a dreamlike place where imagination can wander freely and getting a little lost might be exactly the point.” Paper airplanes drift through a starry sky, and nothing is quite what it seems. Is it a cityscape? A landscape? Who knows? I used wild, vibrant colors, then drew in stark black-and-white trees that cut right through the colorful chaos. My black-and-white stripes are in there, too—a quiet way to keep my brother’s piano keys in the rhythm of the work.
I designed this journal for those who love to observe the world with curiosity and aren’t afraid to get a little lost in their own imagination.
